This is the high motion video with high fidelity audio.

For the video I decided to used mpeg4 compression at 15 fps with a resolution of 192 x 144. I choose this over h.263 and the windows media because it just looked better and the file size was approximately the same. Sorenson 3 looked just about as good but also has a slightly higher file size. Windows media looked rather good too but what little motion there was looked really bad.

For the audio i used Qualcomm Purevoice at 16 bit mono with 22.050kHz. i used this because it compressed well and sounded pretty good. I also tried using mpeg4 audio compression which didn't really sound any different and used up more file space.
