This is the high motion video with high fidelity audio.

For the video I decided to use sorenson 3 compression at 15 fps with a resolution of 192 x 144. I choose this over mpeg4 and the windows media because it just looked better. Mpeg4 made the colors look less vivid. and windows media had to much of a blocky pixellated look to it to the point where you could count how many rows of blocks there were. (i counted 24).

For the audio i used Qdesign Music at 16 bit mono with 22.050kHz. i used this because it compressed well and sounded pretty good. I also tried using mpeg4 audio compression which didn't really sounds any different however the file size was much higher than Qdesign.
